Shipping Policy
Free Ground Shipping on all orders! (Within the United States)*
*Additional fees/delivery time may apply to Alaska & Hawaii.
All orders ship Ground (unless expedited shipping is requested) via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Expedited Shipping is Available upon request at customer’s expense.
Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. All orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will incur an additional shipping and handling fee and ship via US Postal Service Mail. Please add 5-7 days to projected delivery time. You will be contacted via e-mail if additional shipping and handling fees apply.
Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. KeychainsUSA.com reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
International Orders
We are not accepting International Orders at this time. We do not accept credit cards issued outside the United States because we are unable to verify the billing information. Orders with this information will be flagged and put on hold. You will be contacted via e-mail first, and then by phone.

These delivery options apply to transit time only. Standard manufacturer lead times still apply and will effect the arrival time of your order.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us in writing (E-mail: Sales@KeychainsUSA.com) within 48 hours. We will replace all missing or damaged merchandise.
Canceling an Order
No Cancellations Will Be Allowed After 24 Hours Of Order Placement. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Return Policy for easy returns on blank (non-engraved) merchandise).
