You have 10 business days to return any blank, non-engraved items in their original unopened package from the date of receipt. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and 25% restocking fee. Special (custom engraved) orders may NOT be returned for any reason.
NO unauthorized returns will be accepted. You must contact us via E-mail at: Sales@KeychainsUSA.com or fax at 1-718-740-7804 prior to returning any items. Include your order number in the subject field.
Missing or Damaged Merchandise
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. If a product is received damaged or missing, please contact us in writing (E-mail: Sales@KeychainsUSA.com) within 48 hours. We will replace all missing or damaged merchandise.
